This is a beautiful chocolate cake covered in a homemade chocolate marshmallow fondant. It tastes just like a soft tootsie roll. You would be suprised how much time difference is between these two similar cakes. The roses on the top cake take 15-20 minutes each, while the roses on the bottom cake are casual roses which take 1 or 2 min.
The top cake was made for my sister-in-law Stella. We had a barbeque at her house on the day of the 2010 floods!
The bottom cake was given to Gen, who shared it with her bingo gang.
